Terms of Service

Effective date: 14 June 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Creator Vision platform ("the Service"), operated by Free Soda Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with registered address at 2 Old Bath Road, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 1QL, United Kingdom. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Creator Vision is a content intelligence and publishing platform for video creators, studios, and the teams and agencies they authorise. It provides AI-assisted content analysis and metadata generation, scene detection and clipping, compilation and format generation, content optimisation, upload pipeline management, and performance tracking and reporting — all in respect of content and channels that you own or are authorised to manage. The Service supports publishing to YouTube, TikTok, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

3. YouTube API Services

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information accessed through the YouTube API Services is also handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. We access your YouTube data only with your authorisation and use it solely to provide the Service to you. You may revoke that authorisation at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. TikTok API Services

The Service uses TikTok API Services (Login Kit and the Content Posting API). By connecting a TikTok creator account through the Service, you also agree to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service. Information accessed through the TikTok API is also handled in accordance with the TikTok Privacy Policy.

We access your TikTok creator account data only with your authorisation and use it solely to provide the Service to you — specifically to identify the connected creator account and to upload compiled videos to your TikTok creator inbox. Videos uploaded to your inbox are not published publicly until the creator reviews and approves them from TikTok Studio. You may revoke that authorisation at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Meta API Services

The Service uses the Meta APIs (Facebook Login for Business, the Facebook Graph API and the Instagram Graph API). By connecting a Meta account through the Service, you also agree to be bound by the Meta Terms of Service and the Meta Platform Terms. Information accessed through the Meta APIs is also handled in accordance with the Meta Privacy Policy.

We access your Meta account data only with your authorisation and use it solely to provide the Service to you — specifically to list the Facebook Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts you authorise and to publish video content to them on your behalf. Where you use the Service to manage Pages or Instagram accounts owned by a business, Creator Vision acts as a Tech Provider processing Meta Platform Data on behalf of that business for that purpose only. You may revoke that authorisation at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • You must only connect channels and creator accounts that you own or are authorised to manage, and you must hold all necessary rights to any content you process or upload through the Service.
  • You must use the Service in compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, the Meta Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms, and all applicable laws.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload to TikTok, Facebook or Instagram via the Service complies with the respective platform's Community Guidelines and Content Policies.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. AI-Generated Content Ownership

All AI-generated metadata, content, and assets produced by the Service — including generated metadata, knowledge-graph data, and scene, clip and compilation metadata — are the intellectual property of Free Soda Limited. A licence to use such AI-generated materials is granted to you for the duration of your active subscription agreement. Upon termination of the subscription, this licence expires and you must cease use of all AI-generated materials unless a separate written agreement is in place. We do not assert ownership over your source content, your edited content, or content you upload to third-party platforms.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to access, collect, or store data other than your own authorised data; to circumvent any YouTube, Google, TikTok, or Meta access controls; or in any manner that infringes the rights of others or breaches the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service, the Meta Terms of Service or Meta Platform Terms, or the applicable Developer Policies of those platforms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, the data-retention and deletion provisions of our Privacy Policy apply, including deletion of any YouTube, TikTok and Meta authorised data.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
